TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CONSUMERS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS
You have the right to withdraw your purchase if the goods do not fulfill your expectations. No deal is finished until you have received and approved your order. You should be completely satisfied, or you have a money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, you have a 14-day cooling off period. You are entitled to open the packaging to control that the goods are not damaged. However, when purchasing plates and spoons from Camanio AB, if the consumer has broken its seals, these may not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. In case the purchased goods are returned, and it is evident that the consumer has used the goods, we will charge the consumer the value of these goods and deduct it from the total purchase amount.

In order for your return to be approved, the goods must be returned in mint condition and shall be returned in its original packaging along with all parts including the manual. The return should be made in the same transporting packaging as it came in or in a similar packaging. When using your 14-day cooling off period, we will credit you the full purchase amount (minus the cost of the return shipping) within 14 days after we have received your goods and approved your return.

PRODUCT QUALITY COMPLAINT
If the goods are damaged upon receiving it, if you receive the wrong goods or if the goods in any other way deviate from our agreement, you have the right to file a product quality complaint. The complaint should be filed as soon as possible. A complaint that is filed within two months after you have discovered the damages, is considered to have been filed within an approved time frame.

As soon as we have received the goods in return, in accordance with the “Right of withdrawal and return of goods” (as above), you will get a refund of your money within 30 days after we have received the goods. Your right to file a product quality complaint ends after 3 years from the day that you received the goods.

For us to accept the complaint, it must be proven that the goods have not been damaged due to misuse of the product. The product may only be handled in a way which is in compliance with the user manual for Bestic.

If the damage is due to a defect in material or workmanship, or if it has been wrongly expedited, Camanio will cover the shipping costs for the return of the goods.

CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY WHEN RETURNING GOODS
When using your right for return in accordance with the right of withdrawal or the product complaint, you as a consumer is responsible for the goods during the return shipment and you are thus also liable if the goods are damaged or lost along the way.

As you have the responsibility for the goods until it has reached Camanio, we recommend that you write down the tracking number of the parcel.

If you wish to use your right for return (as above), we ask you to fill out our return form.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

  1. Fill out the return form.
  2. We will send you a confirmation along with a prepaid return slip and further instructions to your e-mail.
  3. When returning the goods in accordance with the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling off period), you as a consumer must cover the costs for the return. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Carefully pack the goods, preferably in its original packaging and attach the return slip outside of the parcel. Remember that you as a consumer is always liable for the damage or loss of goods during return shipment. Your responsibility ends when Camanio AB has received the goods.
